Moodator offers the following plans:

Free trial (20 days)

  • No commitment β€” cancel anytime

Pro plan β€” €89 / year

  • Unlimited access to all features
  • Equivalent to €7.42/month β€” 2 months free vs monthly

Article 3 β€” Pricing

All prices are inclusive of tax and shown in euros. Moodator may update pricing at any time. Active subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance. New pricing takes effect at the next renewal.

Article 4 β€” Trial period

Every new user receives a 20-day free trial with no commitment and no payment details required. The trial is granted once per Google account.

Article 5 β€” Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are taken out within the app via a secure interface. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS-certified provider (Stripe or equivalent). Moodator stores no payment data.

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay.

Article 6 β€” Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at their expiry date. Users receive a reminder email 7 days before any annual renewal. To cancel, terminate your subscription from My Account before the renewal date.

Article 7 β€” Right of withdrawal

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with the user's express consent.

Nevertheless, Moodator offers a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment. Contact support via the contact form.

Article 8 β€” Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from My Account β†’ Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued except under the 7-day guarantee.

For any subscription-related query (billing, access, refund), contact support via the contact form. Response time: 48 working hours.

Article 10 β€” Applicable law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. An amicable solution will be sought first. You may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
